While traditional inspections focus on structure and safety, FHHR focuses on how the home feels to live in.

FHHR will include:

• Humidity mapping throughout the home

• Ventilation and airflow evaluation

• Comfort zone analysis

• Indoor wellness recommendations

The goal is to help homeowners understand factors that affect comfort, air quality, and long‑term home health — things that aren’t always covered in a standard inspection.

FHHR is still in the works, and Fall is actively developing the scoring system, layout, and reporting format to make it clear, useful, and easy to understand. When it launches, it will be one of the most unique and valuable home wellness tools available in Maryland.
